Responsibilities:

  • Development of marketing programs for player retention
  • Launch and analysis of activation and reactivation campaigns for player retention
  • Participating in development of segmentation based on player data
  • Identifying target groups for retention campaigns
  • Creating and managing communications and promotion calendar
  • Performing A/B tests
  • Reporting regularly on performance of retention campaigns


 

Requirements:

  • Experience in igaming
  • Understanding of casino bonus system
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Knowledge of reactivation tactics
  • Experience with analytics tools
  • Understanding key retention metrics (Churn rate, CRR, LTV, ARPU, etc)
  • Experience with different communication channels (e-mail, push notifications, etc)
