Middle Business Analyst in Finance

We are looking for a Middle Business Analyst who join our Finance team  🇲🇽🕺

🔸Challenges that await you:

- Work closely with the Finance department to analyze internal processes and identify areas for improvement

- Analyze various IT systems and data sources to determine their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement

- Formulate technical requirements for the IT team based on the needs of the Finance department

- Create dashboards and planning tools to aid in financial decision-making

- Automate regulatory reporting, OPEX reporting, management reporting, and financial KPI calculations

- Ensure that all IT solutions meet the needs of the Finance department and comply with regulatory requirements

- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality in product management, preferably in a finance or technology-related field
 

🔸What makes you a great fit:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field

- At least 2 years of experience in product management within finance or tech sectors

- Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills

- Strong project management capabilities; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Experience in cross-functional teamwork and turnkey project implementation

- English proficiency C1

- Knowledge of financial systems, accounting principles, and financial modeling will be a plus
