The tasks you will own

• Design detailed user voice journeys for ybot’s clients.
• Translate business and product requirements into functional specifications for our Engineering team.
• In collaboration with Customer Success, direct sophisticated client inquiries to the right resource.
• Review business requirements and help in product development by asking smart insightful questions to stakeholders.
• Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
• Analyze and synthesize information provided by stakeholders.
• Design or modify business processes and strategies based on analysis findings.
• Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance.
• Update, implement, and maintain procedures.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Manage competing resources and priorities.
• Conduct business needs analysis and identify key business challenges.
   

Your professional attributes

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business, processes and workflows.
• Experience facilitating workshops and focus groups.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain and document requirements to non-technical stakeholders and translate technical limitations to business stakeholders.
• Strong technical skills and a CS or IT degree will be a solid advantage.
• Experience in setting up chat or voice bots will be another solid advantage.
