Now we are looking for a User Acquisition Manager for one of our investment products.
The product is a #4 top-grossing dating app with an MAU of 900k. This is a mindful dating & community to find new connections, improve social skills, and find a soulmate. The product team of 50 employees is aiming to revolutionize modern dating.
As a User Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of the company by bringing new users to our website.
Your main tasks will be:
- Develop, execute, and monitor the user acquisition strategy by leveraging FB.
- Perform A/B tests to optimize ad creatives and targeting strategies, identifying the most effective combinations that drive user acquisition and conversions and improve return on ad spending (ROAS).
- Monitor and analyze key metrics such as conversion rates, lifetime value (LTV), return on ad spend (ROAS), and cost per first purchase (CPA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop Customer Journey Maps (CJM) and evaluate the product together with the product team.
We expect from you:
- Solid knowledge of web promotion for B2C products.
- Good analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, develop actionable recommendations and implement them.
- Proficiency in Facebook Business Manager.
- Generate ideas and tasks for creative production and develop creative hypotheses.
- Proficiency with Excel.
- Good in using attribution, analytics, and engagement tools (such as Appsflyer etc.) to track and analyze user acquisition metrics.
- B2+ English.
