Web3 KOL-manager

We are seeking a dynamic KOL-Manager who will take charge of our communications with KOLs, establish and nurture contacts, onboard KOLs to our project, and foster ongoing collaborations. 

Role

• Identify and establish connections with KOLs in the Web3/blockchain space, ensuring alignment with our project’s vision.
• Manage the onboarding process for new KOLs, providing them with the necessary tools and information to succeed.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, facilitating ongoing collaboration and support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement strategies that maximize the impact of KOL partnerships.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of KOLs, providing feedback and making recommendations for improvements.

What You Bring

• Proven Experience in managing relationships with KOLs, influencers, or similar roles within technology-driven projects, Web3, blockchain, or related fields.
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategies that align with business goals and drive engagement.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with the Web3/blockchain ecosystem and its key players.
• Educational Background in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; additional certification in Digital Marketing or Influencer Management is advantageous.
