We're looking for a strong CRM specialist to join our team that develops and maintains direct communication tools, as well as platforms for their automation. Triggered scenarios and automation of recurring tasks are our top priorities, so these will be your main responsibilities. If you enjoy building customer journeys, identifying growth opportunities, automating processes, and have solid expertise in this area, you'll fit right in with us.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, launching, and monitoring triggered scenarios.
  • Data enrichment of ESP/CRM/CDP systems.
  • Segmenting customers.
  • Analyzing the customer journey and finding solutions to improve it.
  • Identifying and testing hypotheses to optimize triggered scenarios.
  • Working across channels like SMS, email, web/mobile push, IVR, call center, in-app, banners.
  • Analyzing campaign performance and pinpointing growth opportunities.
  • Developing and maintaining an overarching automated communications map.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with product, IT, analytics, customer support, design, and marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Experience with CRM/CDP platforms (Mindbox, Exponea, Salesforce, Optimove, Customer.io, etc.).
  • Understanding of marketing mechanics in betting and gambling.
  • Deep understanding of data structures.
  • Experience and clear understanding of A/B testing processes.
  • Ability to segment and identify patterns.
  • Experience with PowerBI or Tableau.
  • Knowledge of product metrics.
  • Familiarity with direct communications channel standards.
  • English at an Intermediate level or higher.
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM and building triggered scenarios. If under 3 years but relevant experience, apply.
