Kiwitaxi is an international IT company and online platform for booking individual transfers worldwide. For 13 years, we’ve been creating a travel product we’re proud of, trusted by thousands of travelers and leading travel companies, and we are now looking for an Account Manager to work with our B2B partners.
What We’re Looking For
- Open-mindedness and a positive attitude come first :)
- Have 2+ years in business development or senior sales roles;
- Have a proven experience in B2B sales, especially in cold outreach;
- Skilled at growing and scaling a partner base, communicating with decision-makers, and meeting top management;
- Able to develop partner growth strategies and track key results;
- Structured, KPI-focused, and efficiency-oriented;
- Fluent in English (B2+), comfortable with commercial negotiations.
Experience in travel industry or working with partners in EMEA, LATAM, NA, or APAC regions would be an advantage.
What you’ll do:
- Build and develop relationships with existing travel agency and online service partners;
- Drive growth by analyzing the sales funnel and testing new approaches.
- Initiate contact and negotiate with new partners via email, phone, LinkedIn, and more;
- Develop and execute partner growth strategies and measure their impact;
- Support partners at onboarding: train, set up accounts, and motivate;
- Prepare customized offers for key partners evaluating effectiveness and managing risks;
- Expand the partner base by participating in industry events, exhibitions, and workshops.
