RAW is a fast-growing startup developing an innovative social & dating app for the U.S. market. Our product has already gained viral traction for its bold, real approach — no filters, no catfish, no fake personas. Role Overview

We’re looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to drive growth, visibility, and cultural impact. This role combines creative thinking with strong execution — you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing marketing initiatives that resonate with a young target audience through the most relevant and engaging channels.

You’ll shape the brand’s presence, craft stories that connect emotionally, and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Own the brand narrative — build a distinct voice and identity that make RAW stand out in the market.
  • Design and execute creative growth campaigns that convert attention into measurable user growth.
  • Create culturally relevant stories that connect with a young, authentic audience and spark organic engagement.
  • Plan and manage cross-channel activations that strengthen awareness, retention, and brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with product and growth teams to turn insights into impactful brand experiences.
  • Analyse results and optimise fast — use data to refine creative strategies and push performance further.
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency, quality, and boldness across all touchpoints.

 

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in brand, marketing, or creative execution roles.
  • Proven ability to deliver campaigns from concept to launch — balancing creativity with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of youth-oriented digital culture and social media trends in the U.S. market.
  • Comfortable working with data and insights to improve performance.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent English (C1 level or higher).

 

Nice to have:

  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced digital environment.
  • Curiosity to learn, experiment, and grow into a leadership role over time.
  • Experience working with college marketing or campus ambassador programmes would be a strong advantage.
