Company: US AI startup (NDA)

The app has been on the market since 2017 and is a Top-1 in Generative AI. The founder and C-level executives are based in San Francisco. The company is a Y-Combinator graduate, with its core audience in the USA.

The company has ambitious plans - to significantly increase the company's revenue and help the product grow X2 this year.

We’re looking for a Lead/Head of User Acquisition outside of Russia and Belarus, who will introduce our product to thousands of new users. Our product helps people worldwide take care of their mental health using AI technologies.

You're the ideal candidate if you're an overachiever - the special one who wants to make a difference in this world, bring an impactful, useful product to market, and make human life better.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead User Acquisition by managing and optimizing performance marketing across different platforms: iOS, Android, Web;
  • Coordinate the selection and implementation of new acquisition channels;
  • Manage an 8-figure user acquisition budget to achieve significant user and revenue growth;
  • Create test plans and experiment with various user acquisition initiatives to identify high-impact opportunities;
  • Oversee all reporting and analytics related to user acquisition and marketing;
  • Optimize and report performance across multiple ad networks;
  • Build and lead an in-house specialists team – you will have the opportunity to share expertise, develop an internal knowledge base, and establish best practices. Initially, there will be a lot of hands-on work, but later you can build a big team.
  • Your responsibilities will also include consolidating and automating multichannel analytics and budget planning for acquisitions. You will have access to convenient tools and supportive colleagues to assist you.

What You'll Bring:

  • We are looking for a strong team player to lead our user acquisition efforts and help us grow even further.
  • 5+ years in digital marketing/user acquisition;
  • Expert understanding of mobile user acquisition, marketing landscape, mobile analytics, and mobile attribution;
  • Expertise in Google Play and App Store Connect reports & analytics;
  • Understanding of the privacy landscape: GDPR, CCPA, DMA, etc.;
  • Experience in successfully managing large marketing budgets across various digital and media channels;
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to promote and negotiate new ideas;
  • You will fit in well if you are proficient in multichannel analytics;
  • Our primary market is the USA, so experience working with an English-speaking audience is crucial;
  • Fluent English is a must for this position. If you can negotiate both verbally and in writing, this job is for you;
  • Understanding the AI sphere is a significant plus.
