Our client and reliable partner, an IT company specializing in software development and comprehensive services for the iGaming industry, is inviting applications for the role of Chief Product Officer / Head of Product with experience in the iGaming domain.

This international company develops high-load systems and online services for the creation, launch, and management of online casinos, including crypto casinos, as well as solutions for betting companies and game developers. They offer their own localization program, 24/7 technical support, and a player acquisition program.

What we are looking for in a candidate:

• Experience: 3+ years as a CPO in iGaming/Gambling/Betting.
• Track Record: Proven experience in successfully launching and scaling products in the iGaming (Gambling, Betting) market.
• Team Management: Experience managing a team (at least 3 employees) and building processes within a product team.
• Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of processes in iGaming projects.
• Technical Skills: Experience with product analytics tools.
• Personal Qualities: Leadership, decisiveness, responsibility, organizational and negotiation skills, positivity.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Strategic Leadership: Defining the product mission, vision, and strategy.
• Market Analysis: Identifying market problems that the product solves and conducting continuous competitive analysis.
• Data Implementation: Implementing and setting up data collection for user experience.
• Roadmap Development: Implementing and supporting roadmaps in accordance with company requirements, mission, and vision.
• Team Management: Building, mentoring, and managing the product team, fostering a product-driven culture.
• Performance Metrics: Developing and implementing KPIs to measure the success of the product and its individual modules.
• Motivation and Development: Motivating direct reports and conducting regular one-on-one meetings (F2F) with them.
• Career Development: Taking responsibility for evaluations (assessments, goals) and managing the career development process of product team members.
• Consultations and Resource Management: Providing product-related consultations and managing resources of direct reports (product managers, designers).
• Issue Resolution: Solving cross-team issues and enhancing the company's reputation by implementing innovative features in the product.
• Policy Implementation: Implementing policies and processes within the assigned teams.
• Stakeholder Representation: Representing and defending the Product Team’s perspective in meetings with stakeholders.
