Solar Staff is an international fintech company with a few offices around the globe. Our freelancer relationship management solution helps more than 2,500 businesses interact with their freelancers, taking care of talent onboarding, task management, security checks, copyright transfers, and payments in approximately 190 countries.
We are seeking an experienced HR Brand Manager to join our rapidly growing FinTech and HRTech group of companies!
What you will be responsible for
EVP, values and brand strategy
- Development, implementation and maintenance of brand strategy and employee value proposition (EVP);
- Evaluation/measurement of HR brand effectiveness;
- Conducting employee engagement surveys and pulse surveys;
- Cooperation with the HR team to ensure strong, consistent branding and EVP in all HR-related processes.
Internal communications
- Design, development and implementation of internal communication framework with HR, marketing and PR team;
- Support and development of all employer brand channels (e.g., social media, corporate portal, internal chats);
- Working in collaboration with HR team to implement the HRIS;
- Knowledge management;
- Collaboration with Corporate Communication/PR and Marketing to align activities;
Brand and candidates relationship
- Working to increase Solar Staff&Mellow brand awareness in the labor market in different locations via online and offline projects and events using the best practices of Marketing, HR and PR.
- Working on building career site;
- Working with recruitment team to attract the best candidates on the market;
- Organization of events (for potential candidates/ students/ graduates and employees).
What we expect from the candidate
- 2+ years of experience in IT, e-commerce, or digital sectors as an internal communications manager, HR brand manager, or employee engagement manager;
- Proven experience in developing and implementing an effective Employee Value Proposition (EVP);
- Fluency in Russian and English (written and spoken);
- Excellent written communication skills for crafting engaging content across internal media channels;
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and influence;
- Creative and innovative thinker capable of developing impactful employee engagement ideas;
- Proficient in IT tools and up-to-date with social communication trends;
- High emotional intelligence to adapt to various personality types and cultures;
- Flexibility to adapt to changing directions and employee needs;
- Organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently;
- Financial literacy to handle budgeting and negotiate with suppliers effectively;
- Holistic approach considering business needs, employee satisfaction, safety, and legal alignment;
- Team player with the ability to collaborate positively with stakeholders.
