CRM Manager (Relocation to Montenegro)

  What will you do?
• Develop CJM based on segmental analysis of the client base to increase conversion and retention rates.
• Develop CRM marketing: omnichannel communication via email, push, SMS, in-app.
• Work with content: copywriting, preparing mailing texts, notifications.
• Conduct A/B testing of conversion and retention hypotheses.
• Analyze the impact of marketing campaigns on customer behavior (Mixpanel/Amplitude).
• Report on campaign performance (opening rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, retention rates, etc.)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, IT).
  
  We expect that you have:
• 2 years of experience in implementing email campaigns, push notifications and SMS campaigns.
• Strong copywriting skills.
• Knowledge of CRM and omnichannel marketing automation tools.
• Experience in conducting and analyzing A/B tests.
• Strong analytical skills, product analytics experience.
• Good command of English (В2 level or higher)
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Experience with mobile marketing will be a plus.
• Understanding of crypto technologies will be a plus.
