Junior Copywriter

SPH Engineering is a multiproduct drone software company and a global provider of Uncrewed Aerial Vehicle (UAV) integration services.

Founded in 2013 in Latvia (EU) as a UAV mission planning and flight control start-up, the company has evolved from a developer of a single flagship product (UgCS) to a market leader of multiple drone solutions. Today, the company boasts a rich global customer and reseller network in 150+ countries.

We're seeking a dynamic and talented JUNIOR COPYWRITER to support our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the creation of captivating texts. Please include links to your portfolio/content with your application to showcase your style.

Cool things you'll do with us:

• Write and edit engaging and persuasive copy for various marketing materials, including news, articles, brochures, emails, website content, and social media posts;
• Edit, proofread, and improve content created by Sales and Marketing teams;
• Integrates search engine optimization (SEO) techniques into copy to improve online visibility and drive organic traffic to websites;
• Ensures that all written content aligns with the brand’s voice, tone, and messaging guidelines, maintaining consistency across all platforms and materials;
• Crafts clear and compelling calls to action (CTAs) that encourage immediate responses from the audience, such as purchasing a product or signing up for a service.

About you:

Minimum Requirements

• English proficiency: C1-C2;
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the IT + high-tech domain;
• Degree in Journalism or equivalent combination of education and experience (or students in their final year are also welcome);
• Ability to write effective and on-brand content, both short-form and long-form copy for print, digital, and other brand communications;
• Attention to detail and effective time management abilities;
• Strong conceptual thinking, impeccable writing skills, and deep knowledge of the digital landscape, including new platforms, technologies, and trends for digital channels.

Would Be a Big Advantage

• Spanish proficiency: C1-C2;
• Knowledge in specialized fields (engineering, natural sciences, drone industry, etc.).
