⛷️ A European company, holding a leading position in the field of providing transport services for ski resorts, has been successfully operating in the European market for over 15 years. In 2024, the company aims to enter the American market and expand its product line for further growth.

They are looking for candidate who love to build, experiment and develop. This role requires experience with international markets and multinational teams, data driven approach, and strategic thinking. This role is a great opportunity to develop HR processes to work closely with stakeholders and be a part of fast growing business. You will have a big focus om talent acquisition but on the other side there is opportunity to implement many HR projects.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment process, from initial screening to successful onboarding. This includes identifying, interviewing, and selecting the best candidates for diverse range of vacancies.
  • Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas of improvement in the talent acquisition process.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing to find contractors for company tasks.
  • Develop an employee onboarding and adaptation system.
  • Driving a positive employee relations culture.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and managers to provide expert guidance on internal HR practices and policies
  • Supporting and developing any other HR processes and practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager 3 years.
  • International Recruitment Experience: You should bring a minimum of 2 years of experience in international recruitment.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability are key in our fast-paced environment.
  • Results-Oriented: We're looking for someone who thrives on achieving results and can influence others effectively.
  • English language С1.
  • People-oriented and data-driven.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR metrics, HR systems and databases.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage relationships at all levels of the company.
