About the Company & Product:

  • Edtech company operating since 2015.
  • Digital learning platform (web, mobile) for high & middle school students.
  • Markets: Kuwait, expanding in Saudi Arabia (GCC region).

What you will be responsible for:

1. Engagement management:

  • Develop user engagement and retention mechanics.
  • Explore gamification opportunities and implement new solutions.
  • Implement new educational features and mechanics to improve UX, engagement and retention metrics.

2. Product Strategy and Development:

  • Conduct user and market research to help shape the product roadmap.
  • Set business objectives and requirements to effectively achieve OKRs.
  • Take full responsibility for developing solutions from start to finish.
  • Manage the feature pipeline based on strategic priorities, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

We expect that you have:

  • 4+ years in product management, preferably with experience in engagement mechanics in B2C products.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving engagement and retention metrics within mature products.
  • Proven track record of developing a large number of product features (ideally 100+).
  • Background in working with mobile products is essential. Familiarity with cross-platform products is advantageous.
  • Proven experience collaborating with development and design teams.
  • Fluent English is required, Russian and/or Arabic is a plus.
