Are you passionate about tech recruitment? We’re looking for a Researcher/Talent Sourcer to join Semrush on a contract basis!

Responsibilities:

  • Using and implement various sourcing strategies, platforms, and tools (such as LinkedIn, professional networks, and job boards) to identify and engage with potential candidates;
  • Conducting thorough candidate searches using boolean search techniques to effectively narrow down the candidate pool;
  • Evaluating resumes and conducting initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles;
  • Managing and tracking candidate pipelines and ensuring timely communication with candidates throughout the sourcing process;
  • Keep partners informed throughout the recruitment process;
  • Integrate DEI principles into the recruitment process.

We expect from you:

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Sourcer or Researcher in the digital industry;
  • Proficiency in utilizing boolean search techniques and the ability to compose boolean queries to enhance candidate search accuracy and efficiency;
  • Familiarity with various sourcing platforms and tools commonly used in the industry;
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and maintain relationships with potential candidates;
  • Fluent English is a must.
