Junior Talent Sourcer

SonderAds is an online media buying tool for digital advertisers, media buyers and ad networks worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilizing various methods and platforms to find candidates.
• Reviewing resumes and social media profiles to assess suitability for the position.
• Generating and maintaining a list of potential candidates.
• Crafting customized informational messages and conducting initial screening calls.
• Applying Boolean and X-ray search strategies to identify hidden talent.
• Assessing candidate motivation and fit with company culture.
• Managing and updating candidate data in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Collaborating with recruiters to harmonize requirements and support the selection process.
• Analyzing labor market trends and continuously optimizing search strategies.

Requirements:

• Experience of 6 months or more in a similar position
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Accurate handling of administrative tasks, documents, and databases.
• Efficient time management and prioritization.
• Reliable in meeting deadlines.
• Experience in sourcing and evaluating candidates.
• Ability to present information clearly and concisely.
