We’re looking for a proactive Lead Generation Manager/Sales Development Representative to join our team and drive new client acquisition in the fast-evolving IT and Web3 industries.
Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clients in the IT and Web3 sectors through various channels (LinkedIn, email outreach, CRM systems, etc.)
Conducting a call with a client.
Research and qualify new leads, building a pipeline of prospective clients for our recruiting services
Develop and implement targeted lead-generation strategies based on client needs and market trends
Build and maintain a comprehensive client database, ensuring regular updates
Regularly assess and refine lead-generation strategies to optimize both lead quality and volume
Actively participate in team meetings, offering insights to improve lead generation processes
Requirements:
English - at least B2 and above.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B lead generation, ideally in the IT sector.
Understanding of WEB3 market.
Excellent communication skills with confidence in client outreach (email, etc.)
Proficiency in lead-generation tools (LinkedIn, CRM platforms, email marketing tools, etc.)
Understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, blockchain, and related technologies
Strong ability to analyze, segment, and engage target audiences effectively
Attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of data in a fast-paced environment
