About the Role

As a UX Designer Web at Glam, you will design intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling user experiences for Glam’s web platform. Your work will be pivotal in shaping how users interact with our cutting-edge AI-driven tools, ensuring usability and delight are at the forefront of every feature. Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver user-centric web experiences, from wireframes and prototypes to high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to conceptualize and implement innovative solutions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to inform design decisions.
• Create user flows, journey maps, and interaction models to optimize the user experience.
• Ensure design consistency across the platform by maintaining and contributing to the design system.
• Stay informed about UX best practices, trends, and emerging technologies to elevate Glam’s web experiences.

Qualifications

1. Experience:
   • 3+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on web platforms.
   • Proven track record of designing intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces.
   • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in agile environments.
2. Technical Skills:
   • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
   • Knowledge of user research methods and usability testing techniques.
   • Familiarity with web technologies and responsive design principles.
3. Additional Skills (Preferred):
   • Experience in designing AI-driven or creative content tools is a plus.
   • Ability to translate complex technical requirements into seamless user experiences.
   • Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics to collaborate effectively with developers.
