Middle/Senior Frontend Developer (React)

Reelly is a leading PropTech startup headquartered in Dubai with over 25,000 registered agents worldwide. The company develops super app for agents providing access to real estate developers, training system for the agents, and community connections. As a strong team of extremely talented professionals, we are building a unique B2B brokerage system for developers. 

We are currently building our development team from scratch and are looking for a Frontend Developer.

This is a unique opportunity to join a Greenfield project and be a part of developing a new architecture for the application from the ground up.
Join the start-up at this ideal time, when significant momentum has already been built, and there’s a need to make further engineering pivots to enable the next stage of business growth. You’ll have the opportunity to lay the technical foundations and grow into a key technical role as the system evolves.

The first goal of this project is to migrate from no-code to a native microservice architecture. This will enable faster development cycles, create more flexibility in how we approach feature design, and most importantly, set the foundation for accelerated growth.

What you will do:

• Design the front-end architecture of the new system from scratch;
• Implement various system components one by one, from the foundation to final execution;
• Collaborate within the Product & Engineering team on ongoing tactical business tasks;
• Optimize the mobile application to ensure it performs comparably to the web (although this is a secondary priority for now, this will become the top priority after the underlying core system is up and running, since it is important for agents to perform tasks and have access to key information on the go).
• Apply cutting edge technologies, experiment and innovate
• Help grow the engineering team further by picking what you love the most: interviewing, onboarding, mentoring
• Actively contribute to product ideas and have autonomy implementing them

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (React);
• Experience with mobile architecture and frameworks like Flutter;
• Experience with microservice architecture and distributed web applications;
• Familiarity with modern frameworks like Vue3/Nuxt and desire to push the edge on new front-end paradigms;
• Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive and driven;
• English: Intermediate+
• Knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian is nice to have but not necessary - we are open to applications from around the world
