Who are we looking for?

We are seeking UX Designer, who understands e-commerce, marketplace industry and can propose decisions for prop-tech, who can gather user feedback, conduct research, evaluate interfaces, possesses knowledge of methods for assessing and improving interfaces, and knows how to create design systems better than now.

Type of project:

Project-based role. Opportunity for full-time employment upon successful completion.

Project overview:

Our solution operates across three streams to boost sales for developers during the off-plan stage of residential property sales. We focus on visualization and offer a quick selection of options for clients choosing apartments, whether for investment or personal living. The tool is currently used by agents and sales managers on all devices — from TVs in the office to mobile phones.

• Web brick — interactive online catalogue, example clients flow
• Push plan — AI 3D tour generation, example clients flow
• Agent pluss — connection with 30 000+ globally, MVP version

Problem:

• The tool should address the problem of providing clients with a high-quality apartment selection process. Based on this, we need to analyze the flow screen by screen to determine what is truly important for making a choice and what is not.
• We currently don’t have a core design system for our products. Our goal is to create a unified design system that includes Web Brick, Push Plan, Agents Plus within a single UI kit.
• The current CJM is not divided into different user scenarios within a single flow. We need to consider various situations where the product is used, collaborate with the PM, and create a comprehensive flow in Figma.
• As a result of these issues, we have a low conversion rate (CR) on our CTAs, as users drop off between the first screen and the final screen, where the core value — selecting the exact apartment — is presented

Goals:

The goal to propose quality interface improvements based on user feedback and simplify UI components to accelerate onboarding — to release the solution of 3D and 2D tour for new clients. Ultimately, we aim to develop a new UX flow by metrics, with insights into each screen's effectiveness and usability for our users.

Our ideal candidate:

• Background: 5-10 cases in portfolio in e-commerce, prop-tech, or similar B2C & B2B platforms in UX/UI design. Experience with 2D and 3D online catalog for real estate interfaces is a plus.
• Technical skills: Proficient in Figma design tool
• User centric mindset: Strong ability to find, gather and interpret user interaction data in terms of quaility and quantity research and refine UX.

Soft Skills:

• Analytical and Problem-Solving Mindset: Strong analytical skills to interpret UX metrics and user feedback, with the creativity to propose and test solutions to identified issues.
• Ability to work effectively in a highly self-managed environment.

What will you do in this position?

• Analyze the flow screen by screen to identify what is truly essential for choosing a new apartment by conducting user research.
• Leverage best practices from the prop-tech and e-commerce industries, and propose a screen-by-screen design in Figma to enhance the product's UX and UI. The goal is to ensure clear navigation and streamline the apartment selection process.
• Merge two separate products (2D and 3D Catalogs) into one unified experience and create a new UI system in two separate web app flows.
• To create the clear system for track user flow in terms of metrics, have a reports for further initiatives.
