About the company

BusinessMatica is an integrator of digital solutions with more than 12 years of experience. We are engaged in custom development of web services and mobile applications for e-commerce, fintech, manufacturing and IT companies. We have a team of 60+ professionals who work on customer projects predominantly on outstaff format. Since 2012 we have completed 200+ projects of various sizes. The central office of the company is located in Yerevan (Armenia).

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an active, interested and motivated Business Development Manager/Chief Business Development Officer who will develop the area of ​​IT outstaffing on the international market: contract with new clients (we work with medium, large and very large companies) and provide the IT specialists they need for their projects.

What tasks to be performed:

Analyze the international market for new business expansion opportunities.

Identify and cultivate relationships with potential international clients across various industries such as IT product companies, fintech, e-commerce, logistics, and other sectors actively developing their own IT products (both internal and for communication with their clients).

Prospect for new clients, qualify leads, and establish contacts with key stakeholders to determine IT staffing requirements.

Manage contractual agreements.

Represent the company at international exhibitions and conferences.

Conduct negotiations and finalize deals with potential clients.

Manage and coordinate international projects, ensuring successful execution.

Analyze the competitive landscape and develop strategies to strengthen the company's position in the international market.

Skills and experience we are looking for:

Networking among medium and large Europe companies (CIO, CTO, CDTO).

Experience in IT sales 3+ years.

Understanding of project management principles (knowledge of project roles and the difference between them).

Knowledge of basic components of software architecture and understanding of the differences between them (FrontEnd, BackEnd, API, etc.).

Ability to navigate the names of major programming languages, frameworks, libraries, and databases of the modern technology stack.

English Fluent
