We are looking for a talented IT Support Engineer who will join our Tech team.

What you will do:
- Manage around 250 Apple devices and Windows;
- Provide IT support to ~250 employees and contractors, addressing and resolving technical issues efficiently;
- Monitor and address potential security breaches, implementing preventive measures and solutions;
- Improve onboarding and off boarding processes by creating automations;
- Manage internal accesses;
- Internal IT services procurement and inventory;
- End user devices procurement and inventory.
What we look for:
- 2+ years experience with MDM for MacOS on 200+ devices;
- 2+ years experience managing MacOS and Windows machines;
- 2+ years experience with managing Google Workspaces, Slack, Entra ID, Jira, Confluence, Cloudflare Zerotrust;
- Basic understanding of network protocols;
- Comfortable interacting with diverse groups of people and conducting virtual meetings.

- Experience with any EDR solution
- Terraform
- Any scripting language
