We are seeking a skilled Paid Media Specialist to optimize and manage our digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of target audience analysis, ad placement strategy, and performance tracking to drive customer acquisition and engagement.

Careerist is an online learning platform that trains tech job seekers and automates their job applications with software, leading to faster and higher placement. It features live and self-paced training via adaptive-learning software and partnerships with third-party tutors who teach on Careerist's infrastructure. It was founded by serial entrepreneurs in 2019 and has been backed by YCombinator and other VC investors with $10M in funding.

Once a candidate is well equipped, Careerist uses automation to help them apply for jobs."
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to identify and define target audience segments;
- Analyze customer data and market trends to refine audience profiles;
- Develop and implement effective targeting strategies across multiple digital channels;
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create personalized ad campaigns that resonate with target audiences;
- Monitor and adjust ad placements and bids to optimize performance and budget utilization;
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance;
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement;
- Perform A/B testing to enhance ad effectiveness and conversion rates;
- Continuously refine targeting parameters to improve campaign ROI;
Background:
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and targeting techniques.;
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager;
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment;
- Proficiency in English is required;
- Experience in the US market is essential.
