Job Overview:

Metropolitan Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Web Content Lead to oversee the creation and management of our web content. This role involves leading a team of writers and translators, optimizing workflows, and ensuring that all content aligns with the company’s tone of voice (ToV) and performance goals. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Marketing, SEO, and Development teams to enhance website performance, streamline operations, and achieve KPIs.

What You Will Do:

• Lead and manage a team of writers and translators daily (up to 5 members).
• Maintain constant and effective communication with marketing managers and related departments, including Google Ads, SEO, and Development.
• Optimize team workflows by identifying and testing new tools to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain and update the tone of voice (ToV) for all materials created.
• Track web page performance in collaboration with SEO and Ads divisions and propose effective solutions to improve overall results (conversion).
• Ensure the achievement of KPIs related to quality, efficiency, and deadline accuracy, while tracking the performance of individual team members.
• Post content online, maintaining proper structure of the page (working in control panels).

What We Are Looking For:

• Proficiency in English at C1 level or higher. Fluency in Russian is a plus.
• Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling CTAs and headings. Strong understanding of emotional and rational triggers that drive visitor engagement and conversions.
• Experience in creating web pages focused on sales or lead generation, ideally in the real estate market or similar industries.
• Proficiency with website builders such as Tilda, WordPress, Wix, or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively distribute and delegate tasks within a team, stay motivated, and inspire others to achieve goals and drive continuous improvements.
• Proven experience collaborating with stakeholders across various departments to align objectives and deliver results.
• Strong research skills with the capacity to gather and analyze information to address gaps and support content creation.
• Highly responsible, structured, organized, and proactive, with a sharp eye for detail and optimization opportunities.
