The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. This role focuses on driving measurable results through data-driven strategies and continuous improvements based on marketing performance analytics. This role will also contribute to other relevant marketing areas to support reaching overall business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Campaign Management: Design and execute performance marketing campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Meta Ads, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing ROI.
- Budget Allocation & Optimization: Effectively allocate and monitor marketing budgets, continuously optimizing spend and ensuring adherence to financial targets.
- Data-Driven Insights: Define KPIs, analyze performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPA, ROI), and leverage tools like Google Analytics to refine strategies and improve conversions.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to enhance campaign efficiency and performance.
- Collaboration Across Teams: Partner with Product, Sales, SEO, and Content teams to align campaigns with product benefits, lead nurturing goals, and overall brand messaging.
- Real-Time Performance Reporting: Develop dashboards and reports to track multi-channel marketing performance, providing actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
- Innovation & Emerging Technologies: Explore AI-driven tools, platform-specific features, and emerging marketing technologies to enhance efficiency and engagement.
- Compliance & Industry Best Practices: Ensure campaigns comply with advertising regulations and stay ahead of market trends and competitor strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field with additional marketing training.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing, managing B2B PPC campaigns across major platforms.
- Industry expertise in FinTech, Payments, Crypto, Gambling, or Forex.
- Proficiency in advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads) and analytics tools (Google Analytics).
- Strong analytical abilities, including attribution modeling, ROI analysis, and actionable data interpretation.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills; English proficiency at B2-C1 level.
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and adaptability to fast-paced, technology-driven environments.
