Manager for Marketing and Outreach

Are you a highly organized, results-driven individual with experience in marketing, outreach, and managing creative teams? SenseAsia is looking for a talented Project Manager to lead key processes, manage teams, and ensure success across our marketing and outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and oversee marketing and outreach processes.
• Collaborate with a recruiter to hire top talent, actively participating in the search, selection, and onboarding of team members.
• Define and track key metrics for each project and drive the team toward achieving them.
• Manage and support teams of creatives, such as designers and content creators.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

• Marketing, advertising, or PR (including outreach and influencer collaborations).
• Leading or working in SMM projects.
• Building and managing teams.
• Collaborating with creatives (designers, creators, etc.).

Skills:

• Exceptional English communication skills (both written and spoken).
• Strong management skills with a focus on discipline and structure.
• Logical and analytical thinking, with the ability to write and assess creative ideas.
• Visual awareness and the ability to critique creative content.
• Familiarity with life and work in Vietnam, Asia, or other international locations is a plus.

Personality Traits (Socionics Types Welcome!):

• Ideal types: Jack (ENTj), Stirlitz (ESTj), Zhukov (ESTp), or Maxim (LSE).
• Highly disciplined, motivated, and proactive.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to challenges.
