Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create and curate engaging content across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize campaigns and improve performance.
• Edit and produce short video content for social media promotion.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
• Respond to audience inquiries and engage with followers to foster community building.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media management.
• Proficient in English, with excellent writing and communication skills.
• Experience in editing short videos and familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
• Preferred experience in the premium real estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their analytics tools.
• Ability to create visually appealing graphics and content using design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
