What You’ll Do

• Set the Vision: Develop and own the overarching marketing strategy, aligning with the company’s vision and growth objectives.

• Drive Growth: Identify, test, and scale innovative growth-hacking initiatives to accelerate revenue and market penetration.
• Lead Marketing Teams: Inspire, mentor, and manage in-house teams, agencies, and contractors across performance, brand, and content marketing.
• Maximize Performance: Oversee and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including targeted ads, SEO, PPC, email marketing, CRO, and affiliate networks.
• Leverage Insights: Analyze data, customer behavior, and market trends to inform decision-making and improve ROI.
• Innovate Fearlessly: Pioneer new formats, interaction types, and Brandformance initiatives to drive results.
