We are looking for
As we rapidly scale and diversify our offerings, we seek a Product Manager who can drive operational excellence across teams and ensure our product delivery aligns with company goals for quality, speed, and profitability. Product delivery is a complex cross-functional process, which requires aligning internal teams (Operations, GIS, Customer Success) and external stakeholders (US surveyors and contractor pilots) to meet our strategic goals. Your responsibilities will involve mapping and optimizing processes, managing complex technological components, and multiple proprietary digital products.
Your Responsibilities
- Product Management: co-create and translate product vision and strategy into detailed requirements and clear user stories. Manage the product backlog and prioritize it based on current business targets. Work with a cross-functional development team to ensure they build the right functionality promptly, overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development.
- Cross-Functional Process Optimization: Map, manage, and improve complex cross-team workflows that include technological components, such as CAD and GIS data, UAS (drone) data acquisition, coordinate reference systems, and surveying practices.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the central coordinator between internal teams (Operations, GIS, CS, Developers) and external partners (surveyors, contractor pilots) to ensure product delivery and process alignment.
- Metrics & Performance Tracking: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product delivery success and guide data-driven decision-making.
- Communication & Risk Management: Clearly articulate goals, requirements, and product updates to all stakeholders. Identify risks early and implement proactive solutions to maintain delivery timelines and quality.
- Technological Integration: Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure CAD/GIS and geospatial technology requirements are integrated seamlessly into the product.
Our expectations
- Experience: 3+ years in a B2B product management or analytical role for a tech product in a complex B2B/enterprise English-speaking environment. Experience with construction technology, CAD, GIS, UAS, or surveying domains is strongly preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of geospatial technology, coordinate systems, or surveying practices in construction or related fields.
- Cross-Team Process Management: Proven experience managing cross-functional process changes that involve complex technological components.
- Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to prioritize, plan, and manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively balancing business needs.
- Business Analytical Skills: Strong skills in analyzing business processes and implementing improvements.
- Adaptability: Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, evolving environment with resilience and a proactive mindset.
- Remote Collaboration: Experience working with remote, cross-time-zone teams and clients, especially in the U.S. market.
- Speak fluent English
