As a Bitrix Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up and implementing automation processes for leads generation and leads management, in addition to ongoing optimization of our Bitrix CRM system to match business requirements. You will play a key role in setting up and streamlining business processes, improving CRM performance and ensuring the system is customized to meet daily challenges of the users (1000+). This role requires a strong understanding of Bitrix24, including its features, workflows, and integration capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize Bitrix CRM to meet the specific needs of the business, including customizations, user experience, reports, workflows, and automation.
- Business Process Management: Design, implement, and optimize business processes within Bitrix to ensure smooth operations across departments such as sales, marketing, and lead management.
- Automation & Workflow Design: Create automated workflows for leads distribution and leads management to improve and measure efficiency.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop custom reports and dashboards to track key metrics, analyze CRM data, and assist in decision-making processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Control Bitrix current performance, explore new features, and implement initiatives to drive speed and efficiency across the company. Propose improvements and ensure the CRM system evolves with the company’s changing needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with Bitrix24, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and business process automation.
- Experience designing and managing workflows, automations, and integrations within Bitrix24.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions within Bitrix.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- CV in English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Bitrix24
- Knowledge of API integrations and third-party app integrations
