We are on the lookout for an experienced and strategic-minded Senior Performance Marketer to work as a consultant and advisor, helping our clients define and implement high-impact paid media strategies. If you have a deep understanding of PPC channels and enjoy shaping strategies rather than executing them hands-on, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer strategic direction for PPC efforts across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
- Serve as a key consultant to clients, providing expert insights on campaign structure, budget planning, and opportunities for growth.
- Conduct comprehensive audits of current campaigns and deliver actionable recommendations to enhance performance.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to facilitate the successful execution of paid media strategies.
- Establish clear performance metrics (KPIs) and reporting methodologies to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Provide strategic input on audience targeting, bid optimization, and overall campaign funnel strategies.
- Lead client workshops and strategic discussions to align PPC initiatives with overarching business objectives.
- Oversee the implementation of tracking and attribution models to ensure precise performance evaluation.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in PPC strategy, consulting, or performance marketing.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in US/EU markets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
- In-depth knowledge of paid media platforms (Google Ads, FB Ads).
- Proven experience collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to implement successful initiatives.
- Fluent English & ability to moderate and lead sessions with clients.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and BI- platforms.
- Google Ads certification and other relevant credentials are an advantage.
- Ability to work autonomously in a strategic consulting role with minimal involvement in hands-on campaign management.
