Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining and updating our internal database with accurate and up-to-date information related to Off-plan and Ready building projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

What You Will Do:

• Accurately input and update data related to Off-plan and Ready building projects in the UAE into our internal systems.
• Gather information from various sources, including project brochures, websites, and other relevant documents, ensuring all details are up to date.
• Ensure data integrity by verifying and cross-checking information for accuracy and completeness.
• Organize and categorize property data for efficient retrieval and analysis.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that the data is aligned with their needs for lead generation and campaign planning.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all property-related data.
• Perform regular audits of the database to identify and correct any inconsistencies or errors.
• Provide support in generating reports and analytics based on the collected data.

What We Are Looking For:

• Basic IT Knowledge: Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (both written and verbal) to accurately understand and enter data from various sources.
• Attention to Detail: Strong ability to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.
• Analytical Thinking: Basic understanding of data organization and the ability to spot trends or discrepancies in data.

What We Can Offer:

• Remote Work: This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while following UAE business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM UAE time).
• Competitive Salary: The salary range for this entry-level role is $400 - $600 per month, based on experience and interview performance. Payments are made in USD for international stability and ease.
