Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to the Sales Manager in operational and administrative tasks
  • Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content on LinkedIn
  • Conduct market research and gather insights to support sales strategies
  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems
  • Communicate with clients via email and phone, ensuring timely and professional responses
  • Contribute to the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and proposals
  • Coordinate internal workflows related to sales activities
  • Perform various administrative and support duties as required

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Experience in creating content for LinkedIn is a plus
  • Previous experience in sales support or administrative roles is an advantage
