About the Company:
We are a VC-backed data startup based in London. Our team is international and comprises highly-skilled and extremely friendly individuals. We are proud to be amongst the official roundtables on AI regulations and ethics in the UK and Europe.
About the Product:
All-in-one DataOps platform — an AI product that automates data access and provisioning, solving the problem of replacing sensitive production data from non-production environments with right-sized, production-like data.
What You’ll Do:
You'll work on building a modern, secure, and multi-tenant SaaS platform on AWS — moving from foundation-building to product maturity. You will take technical ownership of key strategic initiatives around security, compliance, and our developer experience.
- Drive compliance and security — lead the technical charge towards compliance requirements (SOC2/ISO-27001); own and evolve the Zero-Trust architecture.
- Develop Platform SDK — build an integration-friendly toolkit for automating infrastructure tasks.
- Integrate and automate CI/CD processes with ArgoCD — enable safe and reliable deployments at scale.
- Design and implement tenant-aware observability solutions — cover metrics, logs, and tracing through code.
- Optimise cloud resource utilisation and cost management — implement effective automated controls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues — apply programmatic approaches for reliability and stability.
- Be a beacon of infrastructure knowledge for the team — illuminate the path through the cloudy skies of modern large-scale tech.
