Top fintech company (over 60 million monthly users, high-load environment, billions of operations) is looking for a Golang Enthusiast to develop and improve the company’s core platform.

Scope of responsibilities

• Improve core features of a ww fintech (Go).

• Design, test, and maintain microservices to support high-load, distributed systems.

• Ensure scalability and performance  (Docker/Kubernetes).

• Databases and caching tools (Redis and Aerospike, etc) to handle large-scale data efficiently.

• Cross-functional collaboration.

• Ownership/Freedom

Requirements

• 6+ years of commercial SW development experience.

• 3+ years of hands-on with Golang as a main programming language.

• Experience working with microservices architectures.

• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Familiar with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or NATS.

• Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL, NoSQL (e.g. MongoDB, Redis).

• Strong expertise in clean code principles, testing, and CI/CD workflows.

• Fluent English
