We’re looking for a Senior Producer (Delivery Manager) to accelerate processes and take game production to the next level.
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Process Ownership & Improvement
- Build, support, and continuously improve development and delivery processes.
- Apply Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and adapt them to team needs.
- Ensure transparency of progress, blockers, and priorities.
Product & Team Collaboration
- Partner with Product Owners to align on product vision and roadmap.
- Facilitate backlog prioritization and sprint planning.
- Ensure alignment between product goals and day-to-day execution.
- Provide leadership and guidance to product teams.
Ceremonies & Feedback Loops
- Conduct sprint/iteration planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and delivery reviews.
- Establish fast and effective feedback loops to iterate quickly.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
Delivery, Quality & Reporting
- Ensure releases are on time, within scope, and at the expected quality level.
- Define and track measurable KPIs for team performance.
- Regularly report performance metrics, progress, risks, and improvements directly to the Director of Products.
- Support the teams in maintaining high motivation and productivity.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
- 5+ years of experience in game development.
- 3+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager or Senior Producer, working with multiple teams (10+ people)/projects.
- Proven experience in people management, including mentoring, performance reviews, and team development.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, or equivalents).
Nice to Have:
- Experience building delivery processes from scratch.
- Background in mobile free-to-play games, especially puzzle or casual games.
- Familiarity with KPIs such as CPI, retention, playtime, LTV.
- Strong command of English.
