What you’ll do
- Lead and grow the content team, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Create and manage a content plan across blog, website, social media, PR, and sales.
- Turn complex product features into simple, engaging stories for our audience.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to support campaigns and launches.
- Use SEO and analytics to guide content and improve results.
- Build Synder’s visibility through thought leadership, case studies, guides, and media outreach.
What we expect
- English proficiency at C1+ level;
- 5+ years of content marketing, journalism, or communications experience (2+ years in a lead role).
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
- Experience leading a team and working with other departments.
- Good understanding of SEO and content performance metrics.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Background in SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce.
- Experience with PR, marketing automation, or CMS tools.
- Connections with media, bloggers, or industry influencers.
