Middle Backend Developer (Node.js + GCP + Firebase + RevenueCat)
Location: Remote
Type: Full-time
Salary: $1,200 – $2,200 per month (depending on experience and skills)
We are LLC Sarafan, a dynamic company specializing in the development of innovative startups, looking for an experienced middle backend developer to build the architecture and server-side logic of an innovative AI application from scratch. The UI/UX design is 90% complete, and frontend development is underway. Your focus will be on setting up robust infrastructure, handling authentication, billing integrations, and seamless connections to AI providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement backend architecture using Node.js and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Set up Firebase Authentication (support for Anonymous, Apple ID, and Gmail logins).
Integrate RevenueCat for subscription management and webhook handling.
Connect with AI providers (Banana.dev and Google Gemini APIs).
Develop asynchronous task processing with Pub/Sub and Cloud Tasks.
Configure CI/CD pipelines in GitLab, along with monitoring and logging in GCP.
Required Tech Stack:
Core: Node.js, REST API
Cloud & Services: GCP (Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Cloud Tasks, Cloud Storage, Memorystore, Secret Manager)
Auth & Billing: Firebase Authentication, RevenueCat
DevOps: Docker, GitLab CI/CD
Nice-to-have: Experience with AI integrations and scalable async systems
