You’ll own the end-to-end SME product line. From strategy to shipping to scale, you’ll drive outcomes across acquisition, activation, retention, and portfolio quality.
What you will do:
- Define the SME customer segments, and a 12-18 month roadmap aligned to growth and risk appetite.
- Prioritize ruthlessly, and lead teams from discovery to MVP
- Hit targets for activation %, approval, repayment rate/NPL, CAC payback, and NPS.
- Partner with Risk/Data to shape scoring, policy rules, and limits; monitor portfolio health and early warning signals.
- Design pricing, fees, incentives, and collections strategies that balance growth with healthy unit economics.
- Coordinate with Legal/Compliance on BSP rules, Open Finance PH developments, data privacy, and reporting.
What you should have:
- 5+ years in product management or adjacent roles (Fintech/Banking/Payments/SME SaaS);
- 2+ years owning a revenue/portfolio P&L or core KPI.
- Strong analytics: funnel/retention modeling, A/B testing.
- Comfortable with SQL.
- Experience partnering with Risk/Data on underwriting, scoring, and portfolio monitoring.
