We’re on a mission to establish Hungry Minds as a leading global brand at the intersection of education, art, and entertainment—and we’re looking for a results-driven Media Buying Lead to help us scale our paid acquisition efforts.
💰 Our Growth:
- $1M revenue in 2023 (Aug - Dec)
- $20M revenue in 2024
- $50-70M revenue target for 2025
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in media buying and performance marketing, with a track record of managing budgets exceeding $500K per month, preferably in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands
- Deep understanding of paid acquisition channels, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and TikTok
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and audience segmentation
- Ability to manage large-scale ad budgets and drive significant revenue growth
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly results-driven
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute high-impact media buying strategies across multiple digital advertising platforms, including Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube
- Plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid campaigns to maximize ROI, CPA, and ROAS
- Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies
- Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure maximum efficiency and performance
- Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising
- Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop compelling ad assets
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with global markets (US, UK, EU, JP)
- Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and third-party tracking solutions
- Experience managing programmatic advertising and affiliate partnerships
