Lead Product Owner (Crypto / Blockchain / Fintech)

We are looking for a Lead Product Owner who will take a key role in shaping our product strategy, developing innovative solutions, and driving the growth of our digital finance and blockchain products.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute product strategy: manage Discovery and Delivery processes, create and develop roadmaps.
• Market and competitor analysis: conduct Customer Development, user interviews, hypothesis testing, and data analysis.
• Drive key product metrics: work with HADI cycles, develop growth strategies, and monitor product KPIs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams: collaborate with IT, marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure seamless product development.
• Identify and test new ideas: initiate and implement innovative solutions to enhance user experience.
• Lead the product team: mentor, develop, and foster a product-thinking culture.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner, with at least 2 years in a Lead/Senior Product Owner role.
• Experience in WEB3 (DeFi, blockchain, cryptocurrency) or fintech.
• Experience in B2B and a deep understanding of B2B product specifics.
• Strong knowledge of: HADI cycles, Roadmaps, User Stories, Jira, JTBD, A/B Testing, AAARRR, Figma, and CJM.
• Advanced Discovery & Delivery expertise: confident use of product management tools and methodologies.
• Proven track record in Hypothesis Testing: demonstrated impact of successful hypotheses on business metrics.
• Analytical mindset and data-driven approach: ability to structure complex information and derive actionable insights.
• English proficiency of at least C1 – ability to work in an international environment.
