We are looking for a candidate who will be responsible for selecting the best AI provider for our needs, integrating AI agents with our CRM and booking systems, training AI models for accuracy, and continuously optimizing AI-driven interactions.
You should be an AI enthusiast, deeply knowledgeable about NLP, conversational AI, and automation technologies, and able to bridge the gap between technical teams and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, evaluate, and select the best AI agent provider for our business needs.
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of AI-powered agents and virtual assistants.
- Ensure seamless integration with our CRM and booking platforms.
- Train and fine-tune the AI agent for customer support, sales recommendations, and trip planning.
- Stay up to date with AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google Dialogflow, etc) to customize solutions.
- Collaborate with developers, product teams, and customer service to align AI responses with real-world needs.
- Monitor AI performance metrics (accuracy, engagement, resolution rates) and continuously refine the model.
- Conduct A/B testing to enhance AI response effectiveness.
- Stay up to date on AI trends, automation tools, and best practices in conversational AI.
Required skills and qualifications
Hard skills:
- Passion for AI and automation—must be an AI geek who loves implementing AI!
- Proven experience in researching, evaluating, and selecting AI agent providers in travel tech.
- Hands on experience in managing and optimizing AI agents and automation systems.
- Strong understanding of customer service automation, travel tech solutions, and AI-driven sales.
- Hands-on experience with NLP, AI training models, and API integrations.
- Experience in A/B testing, data analytics, and AI model evaluation.
- Understanding of machine learning frameworks, chatbot platforms.
- Coding knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or AI-related frameworks) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in AI-driven business insights.
Soft skills
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability: Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing technologies and business needs.
- Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex issues and develop innovative solutions.
Previous Industry Experience:
- Travel Technology Sector: Experience in the travel tech industry is preferred.
- Relevant Projects: Previous involvement in projects focused on AI applications in travel, e-commerce, or customer interaction platforms is a plus.
