Who we are searching for

We are looking for a CTO who will be responsible for the whole technological vision

Reporting to: CEO

Tasks

• Management of the entire development + QA (50+ people)
• Technical visionary, strategy definition, the role of an architect
• Setting up general processes and policies and their subsequent scaling
• Building an engineering roadmap
• People management (level-up of recruitment systems, motivation, employee development, performance evaluation).

Candidate requirements

• Deep technical expertise, development background (areas: applied ML, C++/high performance, computer graphics, 3D, computer vision/artificial intelligence, cross-platform development, backend and infrastructure)
• Experience in managing  fullstack teams
• At least 5 years of managerial experience as CTO, Head of Development in a product company
• Fluent English

• Work in one of the company’s offices (Portugal - Lisbon, Porto, Lithuania - Vilnius), official employment
