Senior Backend Developer (Golang)

IntellectoKids is one of the world's largest developers of educational apps for children from 3 to 7 years old. The company's apps are in the Top 10 in the Kids 5 & Under category in the App Store in 40 countries, including the United States.

Currently, we are looking for a full-time Senior Backend Developer (Golang)

Responsibilities:

developing new services on Golang

support for existing services on Golang and Kotlin (infrastructure on AWS)

writing functional and unit tests

participation in the analysis, engineering, and evaluation of technical solutions together with the team and the system analyst

analyze the selected technologies for solving business problems and make a plan for switching to other technologies (if there is a reasonable need and expediency)

implementation of tools for optimizing work (admin panels)

writing technical documentation on the implemented functionality

Requirements:

has more than 3 years of experience in a similar position of commercial development experience (at least a year of Golang experience)

MongoDB, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Spring + aws-go-sdk, AWS: Lambda, S3, SQS, ECS, CloudFormation, CloudWatch AWS Athena skills

experience in microservice architecture development

skills in engineering services from scratch

ability and experience in integrating third-party services

experience writing functional and unit tests

Intermediate+ English

Will be a plus:

experience with Python

AWS Glue, AWS DataLake, AWS Redshift, Tableau, Airflow skills

project architecture development experience
