We are on the lookout for a skilled Technical Support Representative to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining high-quality technical support and facilitating the seamless integration of our software with client systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding technical support through chat services, messaging apps, and our ticketing system, ensuring client issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Oversee the setup and continuous updating of external software integrations, ensuring flawless functionality and client satisfaction.
  • Work directly with our development team to refine software integrations and troubleshoot issues, enhancing our product’s compatibility and performance.
  • Utilize tools such as Postman for effective API management and maintain meticulous API documentation to support client needs and developer requirements.
  • Actively manage communications with clients about ongoing integrations and updates, ensuring they are informed and satisfied with the progress.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

  • Advanced proficiency in English; knowledge of Russian is a plus.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support or a client-facing role within the IT or marketing sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience with API management and external software integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively coordinating between clients and technical teams.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and adaptation in a fast-paced industry.
