What we are looking for
As a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist (PPC), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing comprehensive paid search campaigns, ensuring alignment with established KPIs and business objectives.
Responsibilities
🌐 Ownership of advertising tools such as Amazon Ads, and Google Ads to ensure optimal campaign performance.
🌐 Delivering key responsibilities with a high degree of autonomy
🌐 Cross-functional collaboration with operational and content marketing teams to optimize landing pages, driving measurable increases in conversion rates.
🌐 Collaborate with other teams to establish alignment on KPIs, ensuring holistic campaign performance with an emphasis on metrics like Margin, TACOS, Sales, etc.
🌐 Manage, coach, and develop team members and their technical and professional skills
🌐 Putting forward innovative test ideas to drive performance improvements, including new partners, technologies, or solutions
🌐 Responsible for reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on Paid Search experience with Google Ads, Bing, Yandex Direct, or Amazon Ads. We teach Amazon Ads anyway, so no worries if you have no experience here. It is important to have experience in Paid Search on any channels
- Proficiency with Excel or Tableau/Power BI/Google Data Studio (data manipulation, basic formulas, making charts, pivot tables, and analyzing data)
- Experience in presenting the outcomes of advertising campaigns to internal or external clients
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Utilizing data and metrics to drive improvements
- Ability to draw up technical requirements for analysts to automate the reports you need
- Ability and understanding of how to scale advertising campaigns
- Advanced presentation skills
- Upper-intermediate English
