Role Summary:

MTLAB is seeking a visionary leader with a deep understanding of machine learning (ML), large language models (LLM), software architecture, and emerging technologies. The CTO will be responsible for managing technology teams, driving product development, ensuring robust software architecture, and spearheading business growth through strategic market analysis and partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the company's technology strategy.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop top technology talent.
• Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in technology roles, with a focus on AI and ML.
• Proven track record of success in developing and running applications with a million-plus concurrent users.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with data protection and privacy laws.
