We are looking for a business-oriented and energetic Technical Lead who is not only familiar with cybersecurity and cloud technologies but also understands and acts in accordance with business needs and metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Support Business Development: Lead a team of technical presales engineers to help Sales team close deals by understanding clients' technical needs and proposing suitable solutions.
- Stay Technically Updated: Keep abreast of the latest technical advancements and ensure the team’s knowledge remains current.
- Client Project Involvement: Be proactively involved in client projects to quickly identify and address any technical gaps, finding external solutions if necessary.
- Effective Team Management: Hire, motivate, support professional growth, and, when necessary, make difficult personnel decisions to ensure the team’s effectiveness and cohesion.
- Participate in Strategic Decisions: Be a part of the management team and participate in strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role in the IT segment.
- Proactive attitude with a business orientation.
- Experience in web security and performance (CDN, WAF, DDoS, etc.).
- Knowledge of cloud technologies (GCP, IBM Cloud, Oracle Cloud, etc.).
- Fluent command of English. Russian and additional languages are a plus.
