Your purpose at ybot

As a UX/UI Designer, your mission is to craft an exceptional user experience for ybot's users by upholding and enhancing our strong brand identity. You will be instrumental in the redesign of the next generation of our product, ensuring that every interaction is intuitive and engaging. Your contributions will directly impact user experience and help maintain ybot's reputation for innovative and user-centric design.
 

The tasks you will own

• Be the owner ybot's product and collateral designs and enforce brand guidelines.
• Design and iterate on product UX/UI to ensure seamless and engaging user experiences that are intuitive and enjoyable.
• Create and refine brand collateral, including pitch decks and other materials, to support Revenue and other teams.
• Present modern design ideas that align with ybot's brand guidelines and product design baselines.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into effective design solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve design iterations.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all design elements and touchpoints.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles across the company.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes and outputs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Immaculate English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Figma and Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with other design tools.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous and thorough in all design aspects.
• User-Centered: Strong focus on user needs and experiences.
